Biologically the only reason a men or a women wants to look good is to impress his/her opposite gender. However this may not be true in each and every situation. One more thing which we all must have noticed that most species of animals, the male is the more "beautiful" sex than female, so why is it different for humans? Take an example of Lion or Peacock, they all have something unique which makes them more attractive and which helps them to attract their opposite sex.
Then why it’s not the case with humans. A male human can be much muscular than a female, he can be tall and handsome, but on the other hand females are much pretty and beautiful, there is nothing unique about a male to which a female can not challenge.
There has to be something different in males or females, God can not do injustice with humans. It’s a very serious question to which no one knows the perfect answer. But I have the answers for you.
God has made a unique thing in both of them, but they are not using it properly, there is something unique in male which is not there is females, and something is unique about females which is not there in males.
I know most of people must be thinking in wrong direction but believe me something is surely different. Now let me expose the facts.
After analyzing I came to this point that males are born with big heart where as females are born with sharp mind. However when it comes to attracting each other women usually thinks from heart and men try to use their brain which makes them over smart.
I know most of you must be laughing and some of you must not be agreed to my point but this is the way I think, however if you have any other end to this topic don’t hesitate to share with me.
I am not convinced by the fact that in other species, males are better looking than females. That may look to "humans" but the beauty actually lies in the eyes of the "beholder". And secondly, opposite genders often have "complimentary" qualities which make them unique and superior over others in their own way. So I am not particularly convinced that one gender is superior over the other !

Research has shown that in the animal kingdom the males are the ones who are more physically attractive because they're the ones who attract their mate. Since they are the ones particularly interested in mating, not usually the female, they are the ones who seek out a partner during mating season/when female is in heat/when they want to, therefore they are equiped with such features to attract females, either colorful feathers, bug tusks, plenty of times the size and strength. They also use this to compete with other males for the female.
ReplyDeleteIn the case of humans though, we have a more complex way of looking at mating. Our minds are more developed than animals and we may very well say that both sexes want to attract each other. Women make themselves prettier, men try to look more handsome and muscular. But we think way beyond that concept. We see our physicial appearance not only for seeking out partners but also for many reasons, ie self-satisfaction, blah blah blah.
So for short, animals have such a straight-forward way of looking at physical appearances and other sexes that they have simple reasons for their own appearance and behavior towards their own and to other sexes. While in the case of human beings, it's a lot more complicated and our appearances have a much more vast meaning to us.
